David Baum

A successful entrepreneur, David Baum founded two technology
companies and brings to Prism over eight years of operational experience
in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Prism, Baum served as a
venture capitalist and investment management consultant, both independently
and with Charles River Ventures, where he focused on Internet and data
communications investment strategies.
Baum founded and served as Vice President of Engineering at Pensoft
Corporation, a venture-backed mobile communications company, which was
sold to AT&T in 1994. He also established Strategic Solutions Systems,
a software consulting company.
Baum is an active member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, which promotes
the formation and growth of innovative and technologically oriented
companies through a series of specialized executive education programs,
and Common Angels, a group of 50 of Boston's leading private investors.
Baum holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer
Science from Drexel University, where he graduated first in his science
class. |

Rick Boswell

Specializing in information processing and technology,
Mr. Boswell invests primarily in telecommunications equipment and enterprise
computing companies in the Northeastern United States. Mr. Boswell
previously was President of ADC Telecommunications; President and CEO
of E.F. Johnson Company; and held senior positions at a leading manufacturer
of medical laboratory instruments and reagents, and a multinational
manufacturer of medical diagnostic imaging equipment. Mr. Boswell co-founded
two start-up companies and is also one of three founding partners of
Vesbridge Partners, LLC. In addition, he has served as a Director of
the Telecommunications Industry Association and the Minnesota High Technology
Council, and has been a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the
National Communications Forum. Mr. Boswell holds a BS, MS, and PhD degrees
in computer and electrical engineering, and an MBA from Harvard Business
School. |

Jack Cicon

A 30-year veteran of the communications industry, Jack
joined Integral Access as President and Chief Executive Officer on September
2000 and became a member of our Board of Directors in October 2000.
Prior to joining Integral Access, he was General Manager and Vice President
of Access Products for Lucent Technologies and had worldwide responsibility
for managing this strategic business, which included the AnyMedia product
line. Jack has also held a number of executive management positions
at Lucent in various product divisions. He was also the director of
data networking at the world renowned AT&T Bell Laboratories, and
managed a number of engineering and development centers at AT&T
Bell Laboratories. Jack holds an MS in Engineering Sciences and Mathematics
from New York University, and a BS in Mathematics from Kings College |

Dennis Kirshy

Mr. Kirshy owns and operates a business focused on advising
and investing in small technology companies in the Networking, Internetworking
and Software Industries. Mr. Kirshy also is a Director of a number
of companies in the networking and computer peripheral arenas, and has
spent over 31 years in the networking industry. Prior to starting his
own business, Mr. Kirshy was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
of CrossComm Corp., a bridge and router supplier. CrossCromm went public
in June 1992. Prior to that, Mr. Kirshy was Vice President Sales and
Marketing of Clearpoint Research Corp., a data communications and memory
company. Mr. Kirshy was with Codex/Motorola for 20 years between 1969-1989
in various sales and marketing positions, last serving as Senior Vice
President and General Manager. Mr. Kirshy holds an engineering undergraduate
degree from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from New York
University. |

Todd Ortberg

Todd leads investments in communications and software
companies and represents Coral on the boards of directors of multiple
portfolio companies.
Todd Ortberg brings 18 years of experience to Coral Capital Management.
Prior to joining Coral in 2001, Todd was with ADC, where he served as
general manager of their Cable Access Systems division and as vice president
of engineering. Prior experience includes marketing and engineering
management with Rockwell International and Texas Instruments, all related
to the development and production of communications systems and software.
Todd holds seven U.S. patents in communications and software.
Todd received his M.B.A. from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and
a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Iowa State University, Ames. |

Founder and General Partner of Capitol Management Partners,
a technology
consulting firm, Pontin specializes in advising clients on strategy,
business development and operational initiatives to improve company
performance. In addition, he leads the firms' practice in interim executive
management and has held several CEO positions for companies in transition.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Ionex Telecom, a company that was
merged with Birch Telecom to become the largest Competitive Local Exchange provider
in the Southwest.
Prior to his current position, Pontin was the President
and Chief OperatingOfficer of Broadwing Communications, a nationwide provider of broadband
services, data networking and long distance communications. He also
served
as President and COO of Cincinnati Bell in 1999. Prior to joining
Cincinnati
Bell, Pontin held several executive positions at Nextel and MCI,
including
Vice President of International Business Development, Vice President
of
National Accounts, and Vice President of Engineering and Operations.
A native of Philadelphia, Mr. Pontin has his Bachelor of Science
and MBA
degree from Drexel
