Integral Access Appoints Richard Moscioni Vice President of Sales
Leading Provider of Packet-Based Access Network Solutions Also Names
Nelson Hsu Senior Director of Business Development
CHELMSFORD, Mass. - Jan. 7, 2002 - Integral Access, Inc. -- the intelligent
IP access network company -- today announced the appointment of Richard
(Rich) Moscioni as vice president of sales. Moscioni, a former AT&T
and Lucent executive, has more than 25 years of telecommunications industry
experience working with start-ups and global systems vendors. Integral
Access also announced today that Nelson Hsu has been appointed to the
newly created position of senior director of business development.
Moscioni assumes responsibility for the Integral Access North American
sales organization including internal and field sales teams. He reports
directly to Jack Cicon, president and CEO of Integral Access, and joins
the Company's executive management team.

selling communications equipment to incumbent and competitive carriers,
and driving products to market leadership positions," said Jack Cicon,

carrier market, industry contacts, and strong technical skills will help

Following an executive search conducted by consulting firm Spencer Stuart,
Moscioni joined Integral Access from Southhampton Photonics, a start-up
developer of optical components and subsystems, where he was vice president
of global sales. Prior to that he was sales vice president to Sprint for
Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for over $1B of direct sales
to Sprint, and led a large multi-disciplined organization of sales, technical
and customer services professionals. Moscioni has also held management,
sales, and engineering positions at AT&T. He holds an MBA from Fairleigh
Dickinson University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bridgeport
University.
Nelson Hsu will assume responsibility for initiating and managing strategic
business alliances and partnerships for Integral Access, as well as supporting
key sales and marketing programs. He joined Integral Access from Voxeo
Corporation, a provider of voice-enabled web applications, where he was
a co-founder and vice president of strategic alliances and technology.
Prior to Voxeo, Hsu was senior director of corporate development at NetCentric
Corporation, a developer of carrier-class IP Telephony messaging platforms.
He has also held senior business development, marketing, and engineering
positions with Powersoft Corporation (now part of Sybase), and Digital
Equipment Corporation. Hsu holds an MBA from New Hampshire College, and
a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
