Integral Access Appoints Former Lucent Manager As CEO

CHELMSFORD, Mass. (VENTUREWIRE) -- Integral Access, which provides intellgient IP-based systems for integrated communications service providers, said it named Jack Cicon as president and CEO. Mr. Cicon most recently served as manager for Lucent Technology's multi-service access products business unit.
